Are you open on public holidays?
Unless we communicate otherwise, we are open on public holidays.
Are you open during holiday periods?
Unless otherwise communicated from us, the restaurant generally remains open during holidays.
That said, we have the unfortunate habit of closing for two weeks during the months of July and December/early January.
How long has the restaurant been open?
Since July 2019, almost 5 years, phew!
Location Accessibility
Where is your restaurant located?
Le Patapouf is located Place des Ondines 3, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve. Place des Ondines is a small pedestrian square in Blocry, located at the bottom of the Blocry swimming pool, where there is also a White night, a barbershop, a small wash house and a chip shop.
Is the restaurant accessible by car?
Without too many problems! We advise you to park in a disc zone along avenue du grand Cortil, located 20 meters from our restaurant.

Best plan: search for "Rue du lac 6, Louvain-la-neuve" on your GPS, and you will find yourself right next to the restaurant.
Is the restaurant accessible to PRMs?
Of course! We have a ramp allowing you to easily cross the small step at the entrance. To this end, we will open the two doors constituting the front door, to guarantee you a smooth arrival!
Do you have a terrace?
When the sunny days return, we are happy to let you enjoy our catering on our tables on the terrace. This is also an opportunity for us to increase the usable surface area and welcome more and more of you :-)
Eat on site
Is my dog allowed in your restaurant?
If he is rather nice and not too noisy, you will be able to enjoy our dishes next to your charming four-legged animal (or the opposite?). Ideally, tell us when making your reservation.
Do you have a child seat?
We do not have a child seat, but we can offer you one of our high tables, whose chairs will undoubtedly more meet the expectations of your little ones!
Do you make portions for children?
For our pasta as for our pizzas, we do not offer a child's portion.
Perhaps to their delight?
Do you offer a gluten-free version of your products?
We can offer you our gluten-free doughs, on request only.
For pizzas on the other hand, it is not possible to offer you gluten-free pizzas, in order to guarantee the dough as qualitative as possible.
Can we come if it is only to consume drinks?
As we are not a brasserie, we do not accept customers who would like to sit down and consume only drinks. The drinks we offer you will perfectly accompany the starters, main courses and desserts we offer you.
Orders / reservations
Is it possible to order takeaway?
And how! All our pastas and pizzas are available to take away, as are most of our starters and desserts as well.
Is it possible to come and eat on site without reservation?
Our restaurant is frequently full, we kindly ask you to make a reservation if you wish to come and eat there.

That said, even without a reservation, it is possible that a table will be free when you arrive. The haphazard !
We would like to come as a group. Is this possible?
Of course. Family meals, between colleagues, celebrations or birthdays, we have enough space to accommodate you, upon reservation.

Deliveries
Is it possible to order delivery?
If you live less than 2.5km from our restaurant, you're in luck!
Deliveries are made by electric scooter, allowing our pizzas and pastas to climb all the slopes of the Leuven city!
For larger deliveries, these can also be delivered to you by car, by one of our most professional drivers.
How much does it cost?
We offer a delivery service from €20. For each of our pizzas and pastas ordered for delivery, a supplement of €1.50 will be asked.
What payment methods are accepted for delivery?
As we do not have a bancontact terminal for deliveries, we ask you to favor cash payments.

No change on you? Do not panic ! We then offer payment by transfer, in which case our account number will be communicated to you by telephone and proof of payment will be requested upon our arrival.
And for a big delivery?
Larger deliveries, exceeding the size of our insulated bag (> 10 pizzas), can also be made by car, by one of our most professional drivers. For more information, please let us know your request by telephone or email.
Do you also accept the loyalty card for delivery?
Apart from dine-in or takeaway orders, we do not offer additional checkmarks for deliveries.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept both cash and card payments. SODEXO cards and meal vouchers are not accepted.
What does the Patapouf loyalty card offer me?
Once the ten checkmarks have been filled, our loyalty card gives rise, on site, to a 10% reduction on your bill, or to a bottle of red wine (Petraio - Montepulciano) for an order at take away.

This will be filled at the rate of one check per dish (pasta or pizza) that you have ordered, on site or to take away. Completely free, our loyalty cards will be spontaneously offered to you when you checkout.
