The times described below are for information purposes only.
When there are people, it is likely that the kitchen will close later than expected.

Are you open on public holidays?
Unless otherwise communicated by us, we remain open on public holidays.
Are you open during holiday periods?
The restaurant usually stays open during the holidays. Having said that, we have got into the annoying habit of taking holidays in July and at the end/beginning of the year.
How long has the restaurant been open?
Depuis juillet 2019, presque 6 ans, oufti !
Au tout début, la première année, il n’y avait même pas de pizzas à la carte, que des pâtes !

Jour après jour, mois après mois, vous avez été de plus en plus nombreux à venir chez nous, grâce aux recommandations de votre famille, de vos amis ou de vos collègues.
Si bien qu’en mars 2023, face à une demande croissante, d’importants travaux d’aménagement ont dû être réalisés, de sorte à pouvoir vous accueillir toujours plus nombreux.

A l’heure actuelle, le restaurant nous permet d’accueillir une soixantaine de personnes en place assise, sans compter la terrasse que nous mettons à disposition lorsque le beau temps revient. Si vous pensez que ça tourne bien chez nous, c’est sûrement grâce à vous… et nous vous en sommes amplements reconnaissants ! ;o)
Location & accessibility
Where is your restaurant located?
Patapouf is located on the Place des Ondines in Louvain-la-neuve.
The Place des Ondines is a small pedestrian square in the Blocry, located just below the Blocry swimming pool, where there is also a White night, a barbershop, a small wash house and a chip shop.
Is the restaurant accessible by car?
Fortunately!
We recommend that you park in a disc zone along the Avenue du Grand Cortil, just 20 metres from our restaurant.

Best plan: search for ‘Rue du lac 6, Louvain-la-neuve’ on your GPS, and you’ll find yourself right next to the restaurant.
Is the restaurant accessible for PRMs?
We have a ramp so that you can easily negotiate the small step at the entrance, and we’ll open the two doors that make up the front door to ensure you arrive safely!
Does the restaurant have a terrace?
When the fine weather returns, we’re delighted to let you enjoy our food and drink on our terrace tables. It’s also an opportunity for us to increase our floor space and welcome more and more of you :-)
Our cuisine
Do you make children’s portions?
For our pastas as for our pizzas, we do not offer a child portion.
Perhaps to their great delight?
Do you offer a gluten-free equivalent of your products?
We can offer you our gluten-free pasta, on request only.
For pizzas, however, we are unable to offer you gluten-free pizzas, in order to guarantee the highest quality dough possible.
Do you offer vegetarian-friendly cuisine?
Indeed, several pizzas, pastas and starters do not contain any food of animal origin.
Our pizzas are all customizable, do not hesitate to let us know your preferences when ordering and we will make your custom pizza! :-)
Are your cheeses pasteurised?
All our cheeses, without exception, are pasteurised.
Deliveries
I’d like to have it delivered.
If you live less than 2.5km from our restaurant, you’re in luck!
Deliveries are made by electric scooter, enough to allow our pizzas and pastas to climb all the slopes of the city of Leuven!
How much does it cost?
We offer a delivery service starting at €20.
The delivery rates are the same as the on-site rates.
Deliveries of more than 10 pizzas
Notre sac de livraison ne pouvant contenir plus de 10 pizzas, les livraisons excédant 10 pizzas vous seront apportées par vagues de 10 pizzas.
What methods of payment are accepted for delivery?
Ne disposant pas d’une borne bancontact pour les livraisons, nous vous prions de privilégier les paiements en espèces.

Pas de monnaie sur vous ? Pas de panique ! Nous vous proposerons alors de payer par virement, auquel cas notre numéro de compte vous sera communiqué par téléphone et une preuve de paiement vous sera demandée lors de notre arrivée.

Do you also accept loyalty cards for delivery?
Other than dine-in or take-out orders, we do not offer additional checks for deliveries.

Do you have child seats?
Nous ne disposons malheureusement pas de siège enfant pour le moment.
Can I let my little doggie in?
If he is rather nice and not too noisy, you will be able to enjoy our dishes next to your charming four-legged friend. Ideally, please specify this to us when making your reservation.
I’d like to come, but I haven’t reserved yet.
As our restaurant is often fully booked, we kindly ask you to book in case you would like to come and eat on site.

That said, without booking, it is still possible that a table will be free at the time of your arrival.

I’d love to come and have a drink.
As the restaurant is not a brasserie, you will not be able to come and have a drink, unless you accompany it with one of our starters, main courses or desserts that we offer.
Groups
What is the capacity of your restaurant?
Our restaurant seats around sixty people.
What are the payment methods?
For practical reasons, for any table of at least 10 people, we would be grateful if you could make a single payment.
I would like to reserve the restaurant for a private party.
This is a very real option. Please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone to discuss your requirements.
Payment
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept cash and card payments.
SODEXO cards and meal vouchers are not accepted.
What does the loyalty card offer me?
Once filled, our loyalty card gives rise, on site, to a 10% reduction on your bill, or to a bottle of red wine (Petraio - Montepulciano) for a takeaway order.

The loyalty card is filled at the rate of one tick per dish (pasta or pizza) that you have ordered, on site or to takeaway. Totally free, our loyalty card will be spontaneously offered to you when you go to the checkout.
